Terrance “Redd” Claiborne, Board Member

Terrence “Redd” Claiborne has been heavily involved in film and video photography since obtaining his BA in Communications from Clark Atlanta University.  He has served as Director of Photography on numerous independent short films, documentaries and commercials.  He’s juggled both Producer and Director of Photography duties on the 2005 nationally distributed independent feature film “Jail Party” which spring boarded Redd’s career into work on various network television shows.  His most recent credits include the “2010/2011 Soul Train Awards “Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta”, “TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress,” and Osiris: The Series.


Tenisha Taylor Bell, Board Member

Tenisha Bell is an Executive Producer (EP) at CNN based in Atlanta, GA.

She is responsible for the CNN Saturday/Sunday morning newscasts.  CNN hired Tenisha as line producer in 2003. After two short years, they promoted her to morning Executive Producer in 2005.

Tenisha earned her BA degree in Mass Media Arts from Clark Atlanta University (Atlanta, GA).  She earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Kennesaw State University (Kennesaw, GA).

Tenisha is a proud member of NABJ, and serves as President of its local Atlanta Chapter AABJ. She is a native of Chicago, Illinois.

Angela Bowers – Board Member

Angela Bowers is a 15-year veteran in the field of program management and development. She has managed multi-million dollar programs for telecommunications and government agencies in the United States and internationally. She currently serves as a Program Manager for the City of Atlanta’s Department of PublicWorks. In addition to her professional program management roles, Angela has developed and implemented successful mentoring programs for high school, college, and business professionals to enhance their professional growth and development. Angela enjoys helping organizations and individuals bring out the best in their talent and their programs.

Ms. Bowers is native of Detroit, MI, but she has called Atlanta her home for the past 25 years. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and she enjoys all forms of media, traveling, sports, and working with young people.

Chris Brown – Board Member

Chris Brown joined Turner Sports in October of 2008 as the Director of Technical Operations for NBA Digital, a joint partnership between the National Basketball Association and Turner Sports.  As the Director of Technical Operations, Chris Brown oversees the coordination of all technical requirements for NBA TV and a variety of projects for NBA.com and NBA League Pass.  This includes all remote productions and studio operations for NBA TV, with roughly 50 hours per week of live (studio or remote) and taped programming during the regular season.

Chris Brown received a B.A. from Clark Atlanta University in Mass Media Arts.  He currently resides in Alpharetta, GA with his wife and 2 children.
